It might work if you download both files. The first one contains all the files, the second one contains the proper fixed gamemode. Take the gamemode from the second download link and replace it for the first one. And that should sort things.

how does the lady thing even work? i cant get 2 people into a car it just pushes the driver out everytime the 2nd ppl tries to go in

The other person is pressing enter or g, which is the command to enter as a driver. Press H to enter as a passenger.
