Why dll is not working? I think main didn't load it, because I can delete it and main working fine.

I attached picture how I hooked it, everything looks good( Dll name is Lang.dll )

It looks like you didn't change the Entry Point...
Find a guide by Hacke for more information...

Change Main() to Main xD...

Next time make sure that every used function, like LoadLibraryA and GetProcAddress, isn't returning shits ;).

seems Tommeg isn t answering to any of clients who bought the antihack system , and the other team who works with scf is too expensive and they don t even offer lifetime updates.
