[TIPS] Note lagging problem

Some people may encounter a note lagging problem - playing without note fluidity. These tips may help you:

General
Make sure that:
- Screen Refresh Rate ≥ 75hz (75hz for LCD, 85hz for CRT)
- No background programs running
- For NVIDIA users, you may set a configuration like this

Windows XP
- Open any website that contains flash (Use any web browser)
- Use Chinese locale (Control Panel >> Region and Language)
- Use AppLocale (Chinese)

Windows Vista
- Set the NVIDIA Config like this
- No tips for ATI users...

Windows 7
Try one of the followings:
- Open Windows Media Center (Start >> All Programs >> Windows Media Center)
- Play any songs with Media Player Classic (google pls), and Pause it
- Play any videos in any programs, and Pause it
- Play any videos on youtube, and Pause it
- Open any PDF with Adobe Reader

I did't find any problems in vista when set NVIDIA config like that.

You can also try switch the graphics quality to medium in O2Jam. There's no change in the graphics but you get extra fps from it.
