How to Make a 3.3.3. WoW Private Servers and Other Questions.

Hello, i am relatively new to this forum. I would like to start a 3.3.3 WoW Private Server but i dont really know how to start, i've used the small guide in ArcEmu's mainsite

but that too got me lost at the "Compilation" part. Im not really good with computers and all, so a slight skip of a simple step would already get me lost. I would appreciate any help you can give
