Im getting an error when executing ascent-world.exe. It loads everything but in authentication says:
Authentication timed out.
Do you know how can I fix it? Ive tried updating MySQL, changing passwords, ports and none of these trials worked.

I'm having an issue with logging in. Earlier today, I logged in just fine, but I couldn't disable my addons. I exited WoW, moved the addons directory to another folder, but kept the blizzard_XXX stuff. I went to log in, and now whenever I try to log into a realm, it kicks me out immediately. Any idea whats causing it?

every time i launch ascent-logonserver i get and error that says config file could not be rehased then it closes

any clues on how to fix it

I finally managed to solve the problem, i reinstalled the whole thing and worked perfectly.

config could not rehash at start up of logonserver

Maybe you deleted a significant character that breaks the code.
Try to extract again logonserver.conf and changing

- Change host to localhost.
- Change user to root.
- Change pass to the password you set for the MySQL server.
- Change dbname to logon.
- Change the Max Build from 8125 to 9999. This will eliminate future version errors.
- Change the remote password change_me_world to the same thing you made it in ascent-world.conf.
- Change the AllowedIPs from ***MUST BE COMPLETED*** to 127.0.0.1/24.
- Change the AllowedMopIPs from ***MUST BE COMPLETED*** to 127.0.0.1/24.

I used another extractor now i have this error, see attachment.

P.S. Ok i fixed it use this dll and it will work.

Ive got a little problem here. Im using the latest Arcemu and WhyDB. When i open ascent world i get this error. Help appreciated.

how can i get a wow Custom Donating Reward System or a guide on how to set one up

example; someone donates on my site the in an instant they get in game mail with Donation Token

i recently set myself up a server and the emu works fine all the conf files check out and everything, but i can't seems to connect to my realm, i login click the realm i want and click ok, displays the "logging onto game server msg" then throws me back to the select realm menu... can't seem to work out whats going on, if anyone can help out that would be great!

Any chance of a 2.4.3 update from you, Kameleon? The repacks on these forums that were made before the actual patch came out don't work.

i have the same problem

possible invalid format in file DBC/Spell.dbc (us: zd, them: 213)
Server has crashed. Reason was:

this stuff is out of date
