Actually, I coded it from Fire fox, so nothing should be really wrong with it. Why does it look bad?

i will be honest with you but it just looks....Way off

Its barely using half the page, looks way off centered and having that wide empty space is just...Awful.
Now this is from my perspective but it just looks...Really bad - the layout that is. If you fix that up, in my opinion it would be quite the hit =) :w00t:

How is the register fuction 100% and its not coded?

Registration is fully coded and working. The logins need more work, and that. (Like CP, and stuff =P.) Who said it wasnt coded?
