Custom Items?

Sup Guys .

Well im Unzubaru 3D Modeller and hexer, was just wondering if its yet possible or anyones found out) whether you can make your own items? By this i mean custom items with new models and stuff

you can use guides specific to the unreal 2.5 engine and cross reference to the .dlls found inside the client itself for creating custom items and procedures. Sorry for the old bump, but was it better than reposting it?
