Looking for developer/files for RAN EP8

Hi,

I am currently looking for a developer or a developer that has file for an EP8 based ran hopefully with Level 237 skill maximum.

Hopefully you can provide me with an Gunner and Assassin classes with realistic skill effects too (I know its a bit too much).
