[Share] MobNpc Editor Fix for Classic Ran

Hi guys. This editor is for the files shared by choypogs28 HERE. I used the ep7 source shared here by Jolin88 to make it compatible. This might be useless since that thread is an old thread but i share it anyway because the editor included is not saving the right crow.mnsf data. Besides, the thread is closed.
