    why is it when I tick the DNS, it keeps saying re-launch the launcher when I try to re-run it?

    oopps sorry for that, i forgot to remove my trigger code, i will update the launcher later.

    for the meantime, delete "dns" file in your ran directory, so that you could use the launcher in Non-dns mode.

    sorry again :(

    i'm not sure bro, i don't have that platform for me to test this launcher to.

    if ianz's did it with VB6, I guess mine too will have bug with vista.

    Re: [Share] my ran launcher with dns capability

    check your entries both srv.ini and patch.ini.

    it should be directed to a valid url path.

    e.g.

    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    and take note: leave a copy of your svr.ini into your client's folder (e.g. \program files\ran offline, where your game.exe is located).

    Re: [Share] my ran launcher with dns capability

    @alsyundawy

    thanks for that, but with ianz's the number of patch files is controlled by "ver" entry

    maybe I missed it on ianz's

    would you try to put ver=10 and list just only 1 file on ianz's [patch] list, see how his launcher will react. maybe it is just me who experience it, upon putting ver=1 and list 4 zip files on [patch] list, ianz's launcher will download only 1 zip instead of 4 on my list.

    ianz's launcher is great, I gave him credit on mine.
