HI I already fix this how to load this in level editor and add some npc's, campus gates, tw gates, lost city gates and change all the market buggy in campuses to my new .lev file. the problem is whenever I go to my newlev file using the market buggy. it;s say [4]Data Error Movement Failed! how to fix this ?

How did you manage to work it on ep7 lev editor?

make a different folder, like another folder same as your server side but in this folder you need to extract all RCC files.
you need to decrypt all RCC files (e.g. glogic/level/npctalk/quest/effect/skinobject/skin/map)

if still not working maybe your level editor is not compatible

open level editor. create a new lev file. browse this .wld and save as .lev

I also encountered this issue while adding this item.
Try deleting this file wings_map_04_s on your textures->item folder.

I have a question. I already save it for new lev but when im trying to open the emulator, it crashes. it said "server activate charactor create fail" and "loadgame opt() error! struserid empty!". I tried to find the answer at search bar but there is no specific answer. Can someone tell me how to fix this error? i really need reply asap. thanks!

u use lev editor then -> Create New Lev -> Load WLD Using Lev Editor Then Save it (Y)

there no create is lev editor, where can i find this?
