is it possible to give a divine noble set to someone via sql?

Its easier if you use a [DEV] Character.

Create a character that its name starts by [DEV].
open your chat window and write "/dev openconsole" without the quotes.
Press ctrl+shift so you can open the developer console.
write "dropitem [Item ID] [Number of Slots] [MAGIC/NOBLE/DIVINE]"

[Item ID] - The ID from the item you want to spawn.
[Number of Slots] - Number of slots if the item you want supports any.
[MAGIC/NOBLE/DIVINE] - Here you write what 'Grade' you want.
