Help Edit Data.pak connect to server

I have to change the IP. But can not connect to server
Eg.
192.168.x.xxx
edit to 2xx.x.xx.xx
can not connect to my server
cannot login to my server
Must change to work? Can connect to the server has

You should look for my Tut on div updates, that way you can change files inside a .pak file.
