Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. I don't have an unpacked client anymore but inside "/data/texture/" search for a folder called minimap if I'm not mistaken.
There you can find the minimaps and replace the image with the correct one.
