Dekaron working server files + working client + other info

good, i have my server up but i have this problem:
my static ip is 195.xx.xxx.xxx and i cant reach using it.
also no-ip doesnt work...
So i have server working with hamaci and IP with 13 characters.
There is a solution to use my static IP with 14 characters?

Ok, btw know of a hex editor that doesnt crash from opening up data.pk? I've tried a couple different editors and they all crashed because of data.pk's massive size

Search for ( Hex editor Neo ) on googles ( its free ), I had the same problem

which sql server u work with`? 'cause with express 2005 it doesnt work. when i want to backup character DB again it says it will be above my limit of 4 gb per DB

I will try with enterprise 2008 :D

edit: i erased some things of my post..., but i will try with SQL 2000 , because 2008 is different and it gives me problems restoring the databases...

well, i use 010 Editor but i think you need to increase your virtual memory!

about DB MSSQL - you'll need Standart, Developer or Enterprise Edition - otherwise it would not work.
I'm using 2005 MS SQL Enterprise, i think dekaron would work on 2003, 2000, 2008 same. The main thing is to make ODBC connector

I do all things !Start server are ok but still 1 error [Warning] Flash Overflow ... unlink all program pointer .But server start ok.
I open the launcher[(i put my ip in launcher) I use anoather launcher with no running webman because this launcher give me an error and it`s chinese and i don`t understand what it is] select server put my id and password and say Cannot connect to server.I think because i don`t pui my ip in data.pak .I open it with hex editor i out my ip and say : "Hex Worckshop was unable to complete the requested operation.Please make sure you have enough disk space available for temporary files or change your temporary file patch in preferences.
Access is denied".But certanly i have in D: 51 GB and in C: 3 GB free space.

are you sure you changed the ip`s properly?

Yeah i change 14 enteries in the launcher with ip like thaht * *** *** ***
