When i load server i get this error after

I'm not very sure on how to set up the web panel things. Is it a software which will give me a web link.
i wan to try to create a character thru the web site, anyone able to guide me from Nothing to Something? I'm really no idea how the php thing works.
IP key in correctly? Server Name? Password? Billing set to 1?
What query are we need to use?

not here, change the ip in the ini files.

hmmm all i get when i run the serverfiles is a blank black screen. nothing else...
that`s normal, look in the dbmon to see what`s he doing.
thanks cyp, got it running.
heres another question though,
how do i set my ip on the client side data.pak when there is no space left to enter a longer ip.
unlike in the mu main where there are additional spaces, i didn't see a space on dekaron,
how can this be managed?
