What a nonsense! <Port>5500</Port> - it's a GAME PORT! Real XML file better. (by the way, client connect to port 25000)

I start this server(092404). All seems good. Client HKO_FB_Installer_v07160 connect to the server successful, but don't want to authorisation on this.
Seems like it's old server, or server to some different client...
