I made this for a friend last night, thought I'd release it here as I have no reason to keep it to myself.

I don't play the game so I haven't been able to test it, but from what I can tell, comparing the saved files, it should work fine (100% match).

i am re-releasing the packtool this is one that i have translated fully to English and i even made 2 types.
one of them is for use with files that have AES encryption [supports latest aes that has been released] an the other for use with older non AES files
