recoveryclient.exe and recoveryserver.exe is a source is compiled.
LunaClient.exe can not compile... this is ChineseClient.

I highly doubt anyone is still working on sources.
Excuse me, my code is not better, but this source code is nasty.

If you are just trying to compile it with few modification, then install vs2003 and compile

You don't, you just use resources from official luna+ server (except gpotato, those are encrypted I believe)

Also I am not sure, but you have to fix server-side class for loading resource files.
