[Help]Updater Problems

Ok i am seeming to run into the same error everytime i try building a updater. I edit the Hex correctly everytime i got my files set up like they should be but for some reason everytime i open the updater it always tells me "The file is corrupted due to forced shutdown of the updater. Please Reinstall Client an try again." I have tryed doin everything to fix this error but i am at wits end here on tryin to fix it an dont kno where else to look. If anyone could shed some light on this it would be much appricated. Sry i also forgot to mention that i am tryin to build an EP5 Client for my server an could that be the problem?

at the bottome of the version.ini what does it say Zar?
if it says anything other then UPDATE_END
then change it so it says UPDATE_END like this

StartUpdate=UPDATE_END
