yeah badboy.. i fixed too... i just had to manual change in demonSetup.ini to make it work...


about your problem, u have to setup your user in MSSQL to be D (developer) not just M (Master) , check again your settings

Maby u could tell me how to setup and admin acc/char ??? That would be rly kewl didnt find anything abt that in the guide ( u should rly include that ) ...

Use the Capital 'D'

You can make a character and edit it later with the new admin tool and give it 'haxed' stats like 333str and everything..

and them

Hmm, I managed to get the login server running. I had misspelt "RYLga,e". Now the login server runs, but I am having problems with Agent and Chat servers. The auth server is blue, but the Agent server and Chat server wont go blue. They stay yellow.

Help?

I login to RYL SERVER mangment, then Loginserv,indopart1test,auth serv is red and theres an annoying sound <_<
and the error is Server downed.

CHECK AND RECHECK demonSetup.ini with the one from the guide....

i had the same problem... i just ommited to put checksum, thinking may work without it... is not working without it... dont forget anything... follow the guide exactly and maybe think a little... should work fine...

Nope, that hasn't fixed it. Still getting exactly the same problem. I'm pretty sure I followed that guide properly. What part could be causing this? It's a bit awkward to go over it from scratch without giving up. Considering I spent all my time on it yesterday after work with no joy.
