How to edit 'hpbar' monsters

How to edit hpbar monsters to red ? i use source v117.2

There's such a thing as red HP bars for monsters? The red shade under the green was their MP I believe, but red bars are for parties and bosses. As for changing the color to red, I'm not sure if that's even stored in the WZ's or not. From what I remember, only the MobGage bars for bosses were stored (since they needed multiple colors and icons). I think the monster HP bar is probably an actual ARGB color set in the client.
