Error when launching server

Hi There, This is my first post on here so hello to all. I recently followed a tutorial on how to make a v83 private server and its been working fine and everything until today when I opened my launchtest and got the following error message below. I'm not sure what the issue is, I'm a complete noob at this so I would really appreciate some help. You must have changed your config.yaml file, and forgot to include either a ":" or a "#" somewhere. Please check it again.
