Lol? It's probably just to allow him to run a client that utilizes hackshield for one of his own servers. It's considered a hack, just as much as a memory-editted localhost with hackshield removed is considered a hack. It isn't.​

For his own server or not, we do not allow programs or materials that give an unfair advantage in games. Bypassing the hackshield is half of the work to create a program that gives unfair advantages, so it's not allowed as stated here: http://forum.ragezone.com/f71/forum-rules-101410/ rule #16.
