Help with launching my local server

Hey guys,
I was extremely bored and decided to open a local server to play alone and I'm having some difficulties..
I followed this guide: http://forum.ragezone.com/f428/maplestory-private-server-v142-video-999819/

and did exactly the same, but I'm having a weird problem when I launch the server (after placing the wz folder I made using wzexplorer and placing it into the source folder)

I have no idea what to do,help would be very much appreciated!

the wz files go into {root}/wz (correct) NOT {root}/src/wz (incorrect)
