A dirty fix would be to set the default value of birthday to NULL

put in the column "birthday" 0000-00-00

or click right in table "accounts" -->Edit Table, find field "birthday" and change a "NULL"

That value is no longer valid unless enabled in your MySQL. You should just make it 1970-01-01 instead so that it's valid by default.
