V62 problem with Bat pls help!

i just replace my PC with anew one and i replace all the java and SQL is work fine i open port
i use to work with No-Ip just to mark that .
and i dont know what to do pls help :*:

how can i check my password and schema name ?
i check the password in the DB file and change it to root and log into the sql but the same problem in the bat keep poop up

yeha i check it and the wamp is work perfectly fine

i check the java in the advance setting and is look good

so what's wrong....

it's supposed to be:

and no change what so ever ...
