Hey guys, is there a way to fix the marriage? What happens is I talk to John and he warps me inside the chapel but once I'm inside the chapel and I attempt to click on John inside nothing happens.

Well I have not been here (RZ Nor MSPS Dev) in a long time but you probably don't have the NPC scripted or idk if v62 has working marriages. But if marriages don't work in v62 then more than likely you'll have to update the packets. If they are then its probably a simple NPC that isn't coded.
