V83 Question

i dunno where excatly to ask this question, but whats ppl's opnion about this.
what is best source to work off, that has most features working.
*quests/PQ/Bosses dont need hired merchants dont plan on using them.
i havent been around these forums in like 6 years. so some ideas could help out.

i havent been here in 6 years. every pack ive tried have been fakes. i dont remember these packs working this bad. what happened?

Iirc, most v83 sources are quite crappy and it has tons of crappy features.

yea i found one that im manually tuning up. kinda surprised after all these years nothing good and stable has been released yet.
