Credits to zarut for the original RZ release
I've enhanced them by doing a proper re-encoding to UTF8.
I've left the text in Korean, because google Korean translation is subpar.
Do your best to understand the text.
'precompile.h' & 'ScreenMessage.h' were re-encoding by someone else, their work was imperfect. You can tell because they contain "�" characters. Without the untouched originals, nothing can be done about it, so I left them as-is.
Zarut says they are original v390 files that have been updated to work with new server files. By looking at the 'XiahClient.rc' file you can see they were updated for version 525. Personally, I don't care which version they are for. Source files are source files, you can modify them to suit your need.
