Note for using Ragnarok RE:

[Server side]
-Edit packet_db.txt in DB folder by changing 23 to default in packet_db_ver.
-People who are using 3CeAM, there is no need to edit packet_db.txt

[Client side]
-Rename sclientinfo.xml to clientinfo.xml or make a copy of sclientinfo.xml and rename the copy one to clientinfo.xml
-Find DATA.INI in RO game folder and add rdata.grf if it's not there
-There might be small change in "lua files" when there is new updates, so patch your Ragnarok RE to prevent minor error when using newer Hexed Clients,
but older Hexed EXE will need older "lua files". So, you will need to get the correct "lua files" if you encounter error.
