The problem will always be in the database file

the problem from mysql hosts
check the host in cpanel

It is one of these two things.

1. Your mysql user and pass are incorrect.

2. Your host has manually denied you access to mysql.

000webhost.com is an awful host and will not let your run Travian servers on their host.

There isnt anything good for free. The best think I would say is your own computer.
