It's not 4.4 version... Install: edit app/config.php then go to index.php and add to index.php?installkey ( that you set in config.php )

sql database file?

Just create blank database and when you get to index.php?asfaasd12sadassssss12333 ( as default is asfaasd12sadassssss12333, but you can change installkey in app/config.php ) will be database created...
