It is looks good so far, but the code is full of errors; everywhere i see <?php ?> there is a code like <?PHP=value?> and it is makes php crazy... XD I uploaded again, but it need some fixing, but i was able to fix the map too on my server, but it has soooo much to fix... but so far it is the most promising 4.2...
At least this has its own english language... you just have to change it from ir...

someone probably replaced all <? by <?php

just replace <?php= by <?php echo

OK so. i fixed(Replaced all <?= to <?php echo ) and tried this script, the problem is, if i change BEFORE the install or AFTER the install the timezone in every file; in all files; i change Asian/Tehran to my own zone, all images and js scripts stops working... :\ Why is that? if ui use Asian/Tehran all is fine... :\ but it is not corresponding to my server's timezone... :\
