You first need to add Aion Free to Play from Steam Store to your library, otherwise it will not work. Here is your 5.1 EU too: download_depot 261430 261431 8393571174832684380

Be aware that it will not show you the download progress when it starts downloading, you can check the speed and how much it downloaded here LIBRARY -> DOWNLOAD.
