about version.dll

I found a problem with version.dll
I use version.dll from http://forum.ragezone.com/f586/aion-4-8-universal-ip-1071278/
play with my aion server
I can enter game
but I can't use chat server
because I found my aion clinet connenct to a russian ip adress ("109.105.134.1:10241")
I use winHex look version.dll . saw 109.105.134.%d inside it
I have not any reverse engineer skill
I don't know how do I make aion client to connect my private server
