Outspark isn't really "keeping" their money, they will most likely or already bought a share of Gamigo. Also the only reason they're giving it up is because they got way too greedy with exploiting the market, they paid Chinese developers which thereby paid Chinese personel to "acquire" source code of various games, which was then slightly renewed and modified to be published on the NA market. Titles such as, Fists of Fu and Shadow War were based on stolen code. Sooner or later they were going to get sued, they just used this event as an outro opportunity. Now they can actually spend the revenued money on making a new publishing company or just become a part of Gamigo.

Won't take long until someone gets a new set of serverfiles.

If it wasn't for the dipshit IQ <80 moron that leaked the Gamigo DB and defaced the forums for his literally 10 minutes of fame, there was a pretty decent chance the private server scene would've gotten the latest content from Gamigo.

Should be "no one else has", the files you're referring to are old, get with the times, I'm sure you feel proud though of the public-release though so I won't go on any further.

Your logic seems quite off as well, having the best files never equal the biggest community, we also never had that train of thought, we saw a server previous use that same logic and fell face first, it's been a lot of work to get to here and a lot more will be needed, but in time, we'd all hope things would change. Community is one good start though, kudos for noticing.

I agree with what Myth said, but there's also the fact that difference between what players have grown accustomed to, and the gameplay we provide is immense. A little change doesn't hurt anyone, but a huge difference would only be confusing players. It's a shame, yes, but that's just the way it is.
