Now open the exe and click Compare. It'll tell you what files don't match.

Maybe the problem are the View Shn's i recoded the file sync tool which checks the views too (Shine/View).
This tool will check which SHN's not the same , and if you click sync they are synced at your ressystem

Only put your ressystem folder next to the file sync.exe and your Shine folder with the View Folder including too.
