map under maintance/cannot connect client

hey guys i have been having issues with the map under maintenance error if someone could help me that would be awesome i have t/v if needed i also cannot get my client to connect to server i used winhex to change the ip but i get "cannot connect to patch server please use launcher " or connection to the server has failed error

im not using terra's client nor would i ever use terra's client terra is a fail server why would i want to get ddosed thats just stupid

That error was added to only Terra because we were the only ones who had direct login from the launcher. 99Shine didn't even have a launcher. Nice try tho; people like you are reason this community is absolute shit.

1) You don't even know what you client is, or where it's from.
2) You don't know anything about other servers; which you have to keep tabs on every one of them.
