Server is full please try again later

I've tried doing a Fiesta Online private server for many years, with many tutorials and I've been stuck in my situations such as when the services "started then stopped" or anything else, I've reached the point where I install my client and start the server! But "Server is full, please try again later" It says the server is "High" and I can't join. Please help.

You should check the error logs and see what they say. Sometimes after you start the sever you need to wait a little bit so that it can fully start up and then once it has it will say low. Checking error logs will help to see what's wrong if the service is not starting.
