Bug on the Answer forums?

Update: Is it just me or does anyone else get the page jumping to the top every time you click on the text box to re-edit it? It seems to happen about two or three times before "allowing" me to edit the text. Then I have to go through the same farcical routine when clicking on the Submit button.

If so and if you know a way around, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
