Like button not showing up

In some cases, when I go to the next page of comments, the like button won't show when I hover over the place untill I refresh the page. Noticed this a couple of times, not 100% sure when it occurs though.

Anyone else with this problem? (Having it on multiple devices, desktop/phone/laptop)
