I can't send private messages, edit my profile, my rank is "registred" and not "member" etc.

Your rank is Newbie, not registered. Your user title is registered. As for the private messages and edit profile, you might need to post more to have them enabled. I'm not too sure about that though, MentaL can probably help you more with that.
