I've recently come across something I haven't seen before and I don't know whether it counts as a bug or not as it doesn't seem to effect the performance of RZ.

I decided to look up this COLLCC and a lot of people have said that it is an error in some cases.

It's just something I wanted to bring up as I don't know whether It's supposed to be there or not.
