enter did not make new line when posting

hey,
i'm wondering if someone else get this bug?
when i tried to make a new line when posting using "enter" button
and post it, the result did not make the new line appear and if i recall correctly, someone else also experience this problem in my section before,
it's like <br /> is being deleted :/:

I'm not sure if this is relevant to the message editor as well, but pressing the Tilde key I can no longer use the physical symbol. It just formats my words into `t`h`i`s `s`t`u`f`f. Even pasting it directly will auto-format the words, rip queries

Have you tried changing these settings ?

i use enhanced interface setting by default,
is it really an issue with editor?
cause it seem only happened in certain post,
will try it out.
