Glitch when putting backslashes inside PHP brackets

Watch for yourself:

\h\e\l\l\o

While inside the PHP tags, I have typed
\h\e\l\l\o

Don't know if this is a security or something but it can be quite annoying when dealing with namespaces.

its just the way vbulletin handles the tags.
