[IMG] changes to [i] and doesn't show picture?

Whenever I use the IMG tag, it changes to and then doesn't show the image, but a link to the image instead.



Example:

You must be registered to see links

Code I put in:

{IMG}http://00a5650.netsolhost.com/banner/images/3.png{IMG}

Ironically, in the code tag, it does the same thing. So I used brackets ({}) instead.

Basically, due to an old vb exploit which could be done by containing things within ".jpg" images. iirc

I Actually Noticed this too , but i just kept trying and eventually it resolved it self , but it was confusing why it did that.
