I have this issue on FM-Base (Football Manager 2014 forum, it's full of idiots who can't spell but it's useful) but it usually goes after a refresh, if it doesn't I just open an incognito window.

Im using Chrome, sometime this happen and i use Firefox.
what does cache has to do this this ?
