I have enough survey points to purchase sub?

The minimum is 15 points, so why can't I spend the points I have for a subscription?

Once you have enough you'll get a request box to claim your subscription.

Anyways I'm not really sure when you can claim the points, I got 101 :X

Im also having issues, can someone make a guide? I click "Play so and so" and goes to a page but the game isn't there? So what em i suppose to do? And ive done 2 surveys 3 points each and haven't appeared as poster above stated. I live in USA btw.
