Tapatalk (Viewing a User's Topics).

I have a little problem with TapaTalk. Whilst on someone's profile there is an option to view the topics. However upon clicking this option, there is an error.
It is something along the lines of please contact the forum administrator. I have had this problem ever since I installed tapatalk.
